Your Voice Isn't Just Heard ---It's Needed.
Too often, young people are talked about but not with.
At YAC, We believe your experiences, your ideas, and even your frustrations deserve a seat at the table--because real change starts with real stories.
Right now, you've got two chances to make your voice count:
One focuses on mental health and homelessness in Lansing.
The other helps improve how Michigan supports youth navigating exploitation, unsafe situations, or broken systems.
You don't need to be an expert. You just need to be you.
Both survey take just a few minutes, are completely anonymous, and could help shape future projects, polices, and support systems that actually reflect what youth need--not what adults think youth need.

🧠 No Space in the Mind:
A Real Look at Mental Health + Homelessness in Lansing
Let's be real - mental health struggles and housing insecurity aren't just "adult problems." Young people in Lansing are facing these challenges everyday...and often, no one ask how we're really doing.
That's why we created the No Space in the Mind Survey.
It's anonymous, takes less than 5 minutes, and gives you the chance to speak on what's actually happening -- in your life or in your community.
Whether you've lived it, living it, seen it, or just have thoughts to share, we want to hear from you.
💬 Your story could inspire change.
🧩 Your truth could fill a gap no one else can.
🔒 Your identity stays private. Always.
YAC is using this survey to help launch real projects, advocacy work, and community conversations--all built around your voice.

🚨 Help Make the System Work for Us
Youth & Young Adult Resource + Systems Access Survey
Ever tried to get help and felt like no one was listening?
Or like the system wasn't built for you? You're not alone.
The Youth & Young Adult Resource and System Access Survey wants to change that--for real.
Led by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, along with MSU's Michigan Victim Advocacy Network and Uniting Three Fires Against Violence, this survey is a way for you to speak up about:
What resources actually help
What’s missing
What needs to change for youth facing exploitation, violence, or just trying to survive
This isn't just a "feedback form." It's a chance to help fix broken systems and create real access for youth and young adults across Michigan.
👉 Take the Survey — your experience matters more than you know.
